  They are such kind people. All the ladies at the front desk are so helpful and patient! Chris listened to all my concerns and what symptoms I have been experiencing. They are thorough when it comes to examination to determine symptom causes and diagnosis. He was very professional, courteous and understanding. He figured out the best treatment to help me get to a feeling much better point and I’m relieved to know what’s been going on with me can be treated. His confidence in their ability to help was also very reassuring. They make sure you know everything you need to about upcoming procedures as well as aftercare. I also noticed how hygienic they are, they even keep the door handles cleaned regularly! Not to mention the various snacks and refrigerated water bottles and flavored water. I am extremely impressed by them all!

  The entire staff at DelRey MD was very helpful during my consultation process. The check in process was simple and easy. A short wait time and then off to the CT Unit for a CT of my sinuses. Next a review of my issues with my ear problem and my nasal sinus problems. Then an exam of my Ears and my Sinsus Passages by PA Chris. We discussed all the issues at hand. Also, decided that I would be a good candidate for surgical procedures that would eliminate my particle problems. Thank You Wayne Pendergrass

  I had an excellent experience with this ENT office from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The office itself was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions without rushing. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention I received—it felt personalized and thorough. Customer service here is top-notch. Scheduling was easy, wait times were minimal, and the entire team showed genuine care and respect. I would highly recommend this ENT practice to anyone looking for quality care in a clean, friendly, and professional environment.

  First time in office and everyone is Amazing. Chris was so professional qnd answered all my questions. Had a great manner with patients. Marissa and Yasmin were just as amazing and were able to calm my nervous self down. Thank you for being so awesome !
