- EEEApr 6, 20265.0I was suffering from lower back pain, but the main reason that 1st drove me to Bakersfield Lymphatic and Message Therapies was ongoing issues I was having with my shoulders - which were causing pain when sleeping on my side and when lifting my arms over my head. Amy Slominski really listened to me when I discussed my issues. My lower back pain is gone and my shoulder pain has greatly improved to the extent that sleeping on my side is no longer a problem and regular activities no longer cause pain. She is welcoming from the moment the session begins and truly cares. It's weird, but when she works, she seems to know exactly what to focus on next before I tell her. I leave each session refreshed and energized. You really are in good hands with her - I can't recommend Amy enough!
