  I really like this center. I started out at the Woodland store where I got my hearing aids, then when I moved I went to the Citrus Heights store. That's where I met Felicia, she was the receptionist there. Then she went to school and took over the store. She is great! When they moved her up to the Auburn store I figured 30 minutes isn't that long of a drive to see someone who listens to her patients, constantly works to give them the best possible hearing experience she can. She is very accomodating, flexible, and dedicated to her patients. I have had nothing but great experiences with her. Also part of the Auburn team is Diane the receptionist who is friendly, thorough, and accurate. She will work with you to get the best appointment for your schedule. If you are looking to hear better, this is the place to go!

  Felicia and Diane are both awesome. My father is 91 and has many health issues that prevent him from going into the store. Felicia has made 2 house calls to take care of my father's needs. She is always pleasant and Dad seems very happy to see her. I know if I ever have any issues with dad's hearing aids, they are very happy to assist us. Thank you Felicia and Diane for your excellent customer service and your pleasant personalities. Keep up the awesome work.

  Felicia and Diane are so great to work with. Felicia was especially patient with my mom in programming her new hearing aids. It's always so pleasant to visit the office.

  The folks at Miracle Ear in Auburn are so friendly and welcoming. They welcome you with a genuine smile and provide top notch service. They are always ready and willing to help when I have a problem and make sure that I don't leave until I'm satisfied it has been resolved. I highly recommend them to anyone who is experiencing hearing issues. They are there to help you.

  Very happy with my hearing aids. They tested my hearing and figured out which was the best option for me. Bring them in once every three months for cleaning and check out. I wish I had not waited so long to get them, now hearing sounds I have not heard for years, and helps with my tinnitus, they work great in an environment with a lot of back ground noise.
