  Staff is extremely rude. Watched an older woman lab tech yell at a patient that had been there since 7am who was fasting and had morning sickness because she was asking if they’ll be able to take a walk in because she had been waiting for two hours mind you they were serving up to 9 patients at a time got all the way down the 4 for a good 20 mins and yelled at her that they’re busy and she should have made an appointment. You should have seen the look on all our faces. We couldn’t believe how comfortable she was yelling at her like that. We could visibly see through the glass door that multiple techs were standing around and talking. Highly don’t recommend!

  To make a long story short, I need to Lab work done. I tried the quest closest to my home. No luck so busy appointment three days out or so late in the afternoon I would have to leave work after fasting overnight with no coffee not happy so I took a chance and went to the Atwater location closest to my job where Jasmine was awesome very helpful. Very nice very professional thank you Jasmine. Any other bloodwork from now on I’m coming to Atwater.

  A very convenient location. There is plenty of parking. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Sara is one of my favorite phlebotomists at this location. She is always very sweet and patient and very professional. The only complaint I have about this location is that there is only one kiosk and there is limited seating.
