Because They are not open on the weekends if I returned it the following Monday I would be charged and extra week. Because of this I am not going to have them fill my many monthly prescriptions. Their loss. Furthermore, when I rented the knee scooter the associate did not know how the brakes worked or how to make it portable. Overall experience, THUMBS DOWN
