  The blood draw was painless and very smooth. Quite possibly the best I've ever had and certainly within the top five. Zero bruising too.

  I walked in 3 minutes before my scheduled appointment and clicked the link from the check in text I received. I didn't even have a chance to sit down and wait. Carol, the phlebotomist, called me in and in less than 15 minutes, I was finished with the appointment. Carol was very pleasant, efficient and is an expert phlebotomist. This is a rare occurrence for me but I didn't even feel the needle insertion. Considering Quest has downsized and no longer has front desk staff, this experience was beyond a 5 star experience all around.

  Horrible experience. They only have 1 staff working here. Unfortunately I was not aware an appointment was necessary. There is absolutely no one in the front. Only a kiosk that you must use to check in. Once I checked in I was waiting for 20 minutes before another patient walks in as a walk in. The technician comes out and tells me he’s going on his break and that he would not get to me because he’s all booked with appointments all day but he recognized the walk in after me and calls her in instead!! I know she was a walk in because we asked each other if we had appointments and she asked me how long I had been waiting. This location needs more staff and better service. I do not recommend this location at all
