  My wife came to this location to have labs done for our young child. There were 3 individuals in the waiting room asking invasive questions about my young children and she was followed to the car by fourth person associated with those in the waiting room. The people presented the facade that they were waiting for an appointment; however, due to the escalation of events it is apparent that they were not there for the services. I would strongly advise against using this facility for their services. They are unable to keep those in the waiting room at ease due to lack of security and awareness of the staff.

  A bladder infection required me to get a urine test. I told my physician that Quest had no appointments available for the next week. He told me they accept walk-ins but I may need to wait a while. I waited 3 and a half hours. After 2 hours, a tech called names in the waiting room. I stood when I was called and was told they were only checking whether registered walk-ins were still there. When the waiting room had emptied and only walk-ins remained, they called a person who had only been waiting an hour. I told the tech I had been waiting since 10am. She told me I was not registered and not on her list. I asked her to check with the tech who called names earlier. She left and returned, willing to accept my urine specimen and still asserting that I had not registered properly. I cannot recommend Quest any more because they are dramatically understaffing their clinics.

  What time does this place close? I'm here 4:45 and everything is locked up and not a person in sight. Please update your hours and state last check in time. Do some cleaning too. The outer face of your lab looks dirty. Just being honest.
