  Horrible customer service from everyone that works in there starting with a young lady and the older guy I went in there and I spoke I said good morning. Neither one of them decided to respond. I had an order that needed to be for pick up so I went in as soon as they opened at 11:01 clearly the pick up wasn’t going to be ready. I was aware of that because they just opened so when I asked her, I said hello I’m here to pick up an order she was like oh what’s your order number after not even responding to me saying good morning and then She proceeded to tell me that the order is not ready and I said well I’m here can you make the order please and she goes OK yeah clearly that irritated her. I can see that in her face and so she goes she bags it for me gives me the bag says here you go and I leave not a thank you, Have a nice day, so sorry for the delay Nothing. If you’re going to hire people make sure that they actually enjoy customer service. If they continue to perform badly on the job and you’re getting numerous of bad complaints on the Google reviews, then you need to go ahead and let her go and let the older gentlemen go and get somebody else to do the job correctly to greet the customers correctly, and to have a Hospitality attitude. Every time I have to go in here from now on I’ll be giving the same energy I’m receiving.

  The manager Ebony, from this location is great. I had issues with an online/store purchase and she was able to help me out greatly. I highly recommend shopping at this GNC location. They communicate well and have great understanding of their products.

  I was a GNC gold member 10 years ago. After a while I stopped the membership. Today I went to GNC store and the rep is super nice to me. He helped me with all my needs and also introduced me the membership benefit. His name is Nick. I bought the membership because of his friendly customer service.
