I've used the pharmacy once. It was a great experience. I used a discount coupon for a drug that my plan did not cover. They helped to save me money.

Top tier pharmacy and help. I've come here about five times and been helped by various people an they have all been great. My prescription is always filled and ready to be picked up even if I'm a few day late picking it up. Just as long as you call ahead.

My parents in laws have been going to this pharmacy because we live very close by and my mother in law always have issue with the lady - Michelle. Not sure if Michelle is racial discrimination or what but she always tend to not providing reasonable service to Not fluent English speakers. She shows smile and provides better services to ones with better English speaking skill by our observations. Due to my mother in law’s bad experiences, my husband and I sometimes have to go there the 2nd time just to try getting the parents’ prescriptions. My husband and I experienced some not too nice experiences also like ignorance or negligence while waiting in line but things seem to get better when It is our turns and Michelle found out we are fluent English speakers. We do not have any other issue with any other of the staffs there but Michelle. Yesterday my mother in law went there again and Michelle was the only staff there when trying to pick up their new prescriptions. Per my mother in law, she first told Michelle that she needs to pick up 2 persons’ prescriptions and Michelle told her to give her the info one by one. After they were about done with the 1st person’s prescription, my mom reminded Michelle she needed to pick up our dad’s too. Then, Michelle became very impatient and slapped the counter with my mom’s prescription and the stapler. She also complained our mom why didn’t say it all together. Our mom didn’t say anything else to Michelle but she came home telling us this incident. I just wonder where I can report this incident to Albertsons.
