  I’ve been to Arcadia Dentistry a few times now for a crown, filling, and cleaning, and every visit has been a great experience. From the moment I walk in, the front desk team is always so welcoming and friendly, which immediately makes me feel comfortable. Ruby, my dental hygienist, was amazing—she was kind, informative, and took the time to explain everything in a really clear and helpful way. Caroline was also very attentive and made sure I felt at ease throughout each appointment. Dr. Youngho Yun was incredibly kind and gentle, and he walked me through each step of the process, which really helped me feel relaxed and confident in my care. The quality of care has been consistent across all my visits, and you can really tell the team takes pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend Arcadia Dentistry to my friends and family!

  I had a great experience at Arcadia Dentistry! The dentist was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was just as impressive—super friendly, welcoming, and organized, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of their work really shows. Everything was done with attention to detail and professionalism. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and caring dental team!

  This office seems more focused on enforcing fees than caring for patients. I had been to this dental office three times and even brought my children in for care, planning to continue as a long-term patient. I initially thought I just had a mild cold and would still be able to make my appointment. However, my symptoms worsened and my coughing became severe, making it impossible for me to undergo dental treatment. I left a voicemail about two days before my appointment to reschedule. I was then told it “didn’t count” because it was left after business hours, and therefore I would still be charged under their “48 business hours” rule. This kind of rigid and technical interpretation is unreasonable and shows a lack of basic consideration for patients. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office.

  Great experience! This is a very professional establishment; everyone is nice. Dr. Yun has been great and gentle, making every visit comfortable. Zita was very clear with the financial aspect, friendly, and comforting. Verny is welcoming and friendly. Carolina has also been friendly, comforting, and gentle. I would definitely recommend this dentistry.
