  I was not aware this appointment was with a remote doctor. They took pictures of my eyes without explaining this process first and charged me $39 for it. They also charged me a $10 copay. I have no copay. I am elderly and I have Medicare and part C insurance so no copays, but they collected it anyway. The doctor was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I won't be back.

  My experience at target optical was awesome. The assistant that did my eye test was very patient and professional, even with all my blinking. I will definitely be returning for future eye appointments.

  It went well and the ladies were respectful and kind. They answered all my questions. However, the doctor was far away and it became a video exam. Now I need to find a doctor to examine my eyes in person.

  This visit to have my eyes checked and chose glasses was the best experience I've had in a very long time. The young lady that did my exam getting ready to see the Dr was very good and knew her job. When I saw the Dr it was remotely, which I've never done. It was very cool. The Dr was so great! And, the way she could control the machine to check which vision was better was really neat. Choosing glasses was fun as well, the lady worked hard to keep my choice within my budget. I really appreciated that so much. Everyone was so great and so helpful. I'd go through it again in a heart beat.

  The lady that worked inside, Target was very friendly, informative and helpful. The optometrist to the TeleMed was very friendly and helpful. However, it was that point maybe I felt a little rushed. But overall, a very good experience
