- MNMaricor NeriDec 28, 20241.0Leonardo has an ego so big he shouldn’t be in customer care service. I was getting my medication for nausea (as an effect of radiation treatment). Somehow, he couldn’t hear me as I was probably not loud enough for his hearing and kept telling me to repeat what I was saying. The bill was 89 cents and I told him I had coins and laid them down the computer console, just below the monitor. He told me not to do that next time as apparently for him it was disrespectful. What was disrespectful about that? I came early because I was feeling horrible and needed my medicine and all he can think of is his ego. If I did show disrespect, I would have known it. I am an educated person. Apparently, there have been many complaints about this person. Is management ever going to do anything about it?
