  It’s impossible to reach out to them over the phone or text message ! They never respond to any of that ! Very frustrating and I feel disrespected

  Doctor is great, very thorough and helpful. The receptionist is horrible and lacks customer service skills. They are both very rude and have a nasty attitude. They also never answer the phone and instead will text you. They did this to me all day today and both times I came back into the office, the place was empty and they were just talking to each other. It’s very sad that these receptionists are the 1st face you see when you walk in, based off previous reviews, they are a big reason why people don’t want to come back.

  Dr Linder was amazing, honest & super easy to talk to. Sarah was so helpful helping me pick out frames & sunglasses. I was a long time LensCrafters client but realized I was paying for bluelight & never getting it. I told Dr Linder I stare at a computer all day & she recommended blue light with a lighter lens as to not strain my eyes. 10/10 go here!!!!!!
