  They made me make an appointment for a drug screening that I had to get done for the ADN program at Shasta college. I arrived at quest at 12:15 for my appointment at 12:30. When the lady comes out she states that I will have to wait until 1:00 because the woman who does the drug screenings is still on lunch. I have IgA Nephropathy so I have to urinate frequently. Now I’m forced to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes in pain with a full bladder and they made me miss my appointment for my hair cut at Modern Fades in Cottonwood. This quest is bullshit.

  One of the best phlebotomist experiences I have ever had! Juan was helping train an employee and he was able to guide her to a perfect draw with just vocal direction. My veins are never easy, he made it absolutely painless and I was left extremely impressed at his proficiency and capability in training as well. Both the employees who helped me were fantastic but he deserves a special mention for that skill.

  Have been going to Quest Lab in Anderson for 8 years. They have always been skilled, efficient and kind. Their facility is always clean. Lab results are posted and available timely. Scheduling or changing an appointment online is user friendly. I highly recommend them.
