  Mixed bag review. Easy to access and check in was a breeze. (If you’re good with technology) Technician was polite and professional but when we came across an issue with what tests were ordered, she quickly changed her tone. Tech then seemed put out that everything had to be inputted manually. Having a front desk would help alleviate stresses of the techs. Overall just frustrated with the administrative error on their behalf.

  Boooooo. don't ever do the phone check in. it does not work and you dont make the list. They treat you like a walk in and make yo uwait hours.

  No way to get in contact with anyone. Online chat is set up in a way that makes it impossible for you to receive any sort of support. Their website logs you off before you are connected to anyone. Calling them just directs you to use their website.
