I had an exceptional experience at LensCrafters thanks to Helen. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Helen took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and patiently helped me explore different options until we found the perfect pair.
What really stood out was her knowledge and honesty. She explained everything clearly, made thoughtful recommendations, and never made me feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and helpful attitude.
Helen truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase, and the entire process felt smooth and enjoyable because of her. If you visit LensCrafters in Anaheim, I highly recommend asking for Helen — she is outstanding at what she does and makes the whole experience wonderful.

My experience at LensCrafters in Buena Park was amazing.. the Sales representatives Sky did an excellent job in helping me decide on my eye glasses that were best suited for me and in providing me important information about my insurance coverage. I highly recommend patients to come to this LensCrafters and ask for Sky. 😀

Visiting from out of town and my glasses needed repairs right away as I had no backup pair with me. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. I only waited about 5 minutes and they had fixed my glasses with a smile. I offered to pay and they declined. A1 service. Highly recommend!!

All staff were wonderful for us at this location. Especially appreciate Helen and Richard for helping to expedite the process and get us a new pair of glasses super fast. My son broke his prescription glasses while we were at a theme park and this location saved the day. So thankful for their kind and professional service!

If you’ve been thinking about upgrading your glasses, let me tell you — I am beyond HYPED about my experience at LensCrafters!
I originally walked in for something simple — just a glasses adjustment. That’s it. In and out, right? Wrong! Jenny got me something for hope for, working as a PhD student I look at screens and technology all day majority of my research is on the computer. As Jenny helped me to adjust my glasses… What I got instead was next-level service and a whole new perspective (literally and figuratively).
While I was there, I learned about a new lens option I had never even heard of before — and it’s even better than the standard PD lenses I thought were top-tier! The clarity, the technology, the way they explained how it enhances both day and night vision… I was blown away. This wasn’t just an upgrade — it felt like stepping into HD reality.
And let me talk about the service. Jennifer, the store manager, and her associate Jenny went above and beyond. I mean ABOVE and BEYOND. They didn’t rush me. They educated me. They listened. They made sure I understood every option and felt confident in my choice. That kind of care is rare these days. They exceeded every expectation I walked in with — and I didn’t even know I had expectations!
This wasn’t just about buying frames and lenses. It was about investing in how I see the world every single day. When you wake up and everything is crystal clear — when night driving feels sharper, when screens feel easier on your eyes — you realize vision is everything.
If you want top-tier service, cutting-edge lens technology, and people who genuinely care about your experience, do yourself a favor and go in. Ask for Jennifer and her team. You deserve to see the best in life — day and night — and trust me, it is crystal clear when you make the right choice.
God bless them for the service they provide. I cannot wait to pick up my new frames and lenses. Let’s goooo! 👓✨
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
