Last year I didn’t have the best experience but thought I would give it a shot here again. This time it was way better, the Doctor took her time to make sure I got the best prescription I can get for my eye sight. The front staff were welcoming and assisted me either when I walked in or as soon as they weren’t assisting another person. Definitely happy I went back.

Everyone’s attitude here matches the location it’s in… everyone is very rude and condescending whether in person or on the phone. Except for Dr Lin, she was very nice. Very uncomfortable and discouraging experience. Be prepared for attitude if you ask a question or misheard what someone said. Please don’t work in customer service if you can’t stand having customers.

I was glad I chose to go to LensCrafters in Anaheim. I was taken care of by the whole team. No wait time at all. There was Jennifer that did my eye exam. Then Dr Li who educated me on my eye health and my new prescription. Then I was assisted by Skylar who helped me find a good pair of eyeglass frames and educated me on the type of lenses that I wanted. Truly fun and educational experience. I recommend this branch to all 👏👏👏👏👏

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
