- JRJoel ReyesDec 22, 20211.0I went in to pick up a order, older female was at the desk, I told her I was there for my product, when she placed it on the table she kept her hand on it, I reached to grab it and read since image quality was bad online, I was told I couldn’t touch it or read it because it was store policy and she ‘didn’t trust me’, mind you I’m walking in with a baby carrier wearing a mask, signs are on the entry door citing Covid and masks required, she wasn’t even wearing one, so I asked if anyone else was working and age said no and that she was the manager, she told me that I could go to another store and I told her I drove 10 miles for this product since other were out, I walked out, got online and followed up with a refund and internal complaint, Don’t go here
