  I made an appointment for a physical for my school on the phone with mark. I came in at 8am early. I spoke with the girl at the front and she told me “sports physical” and I asked if it was the same thing. Showed her my papers and she told me I had to go to my PCPs office to get it done. Because nobody could sign for it there? Thanks.

  Horrible urgent care. Dirty. Rude staff. Came in a few times got turned away. And times kept getting changed from 2pm to 3pm and on their scheduling shows availability at 1pm. Bcuz the doctor needs to take a lunch. And wont be back until 1pm. Like I get it but everytime im tryingbto get my daughter seen always hold different.. horrible. If you want better care go to express urgent care there's different ones thatll take your care seriously.

  I had a wonderful experience at AFC Urgent Care in Anaheim while visiting family. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and cared for. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the medical team truly listened to my concerns, making me feel heard and supported throughout my visit. I was especially impressed by how clean and well-maintained the facility was. The level of care I received matched what I’m used to at my local AFC Urgent Care, which gave me a lot of comfort while being away from home. From check-in to checkout, everything went smoothly, and every staff member I interacted with contributed to a positive experience. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent care—it was truly appreciated and well worth the visit.

  It was easy to schedule although the time was taken by the time I got my insurance card ready. So then my appt was pushed back hours. We decided to walk in and were seen quickly. It was for my child with ear pain while we were here on vacation and needed urgent care. The Dr only looked in his ear and didn’t even look in his nose or throat or do a full exam. He was prescribed ear drops and told he would get relief in a day. She also said if he didn’t have relief she would give him oral antibiotics. He was in more pain overnight and worse the next day. It was impossible to get a hold of someone the next day or someone to call us back for over 12 hours. And then we had to pay to have a tele visit the next visit just to talk to them again and no one has even called us after we paid 2 hours ago. This is asinine. My child is in unbearable pain and I shouldn’t have had to call ten times for a follow up. At this point we should have gone to a different urgent care and had someone else do another exam and it would have been faster and the same price since I was charged twice anyway.

  Terrible experience here. I came in extremely sick hoping to get some sort of help here I called ahead set up an appointment showed up early do the appointment. Upon arrival I informed the lady at the front desk that I didn’t have my insurance card and that we would need to look my insurance up by social which has NEVER been any issues anywhere else. She told me to have a seat I sat there waiting for almost an entire hour not being seen not even in the process of being seen because they were having trouble verifying my insurance information. They didn’t communicate anything to me all I knew is I had watched somebody else come in after if did with a later appointment than mine and somehow they got called in before me? There was no communication from the front desk I finally got fed up and walked up to ask for an update at the 40 minute mark and she told they were STILL looking up my information. I ended up leaving and drove to another urgent care 4 minutes away they were able to get my insurance information and get me out of the office within an hour flat. I’m extremely disappointed.
