I’ve never had a bad experience at 7 Day Dental on Euclid and Anaheim. Every time I go in, I end up liking whichever dentist I see so much that I want to book with that same dentist again for my next appointment. But if my schedule changes and I have to go on a different day, I end up seeing someone new — and then I want that dentist again too. That’s honestly how good they all are.
Everyone I’ve seen has been kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. They explain everything clearly, make you feel comfortable, and always have a great sense of humor. They joke, laugh, and make the whole experience much less stressful. I’ve also never had any problems with any of the dental work I’ve had done. Overall, always a great experience.

I broke a tooth and it was slicing up my tongue really bad, I had to work until 3 o’clock so I was cutting it very close. I was their very last appointment and they were wonderful! Not only did they not make me feel like a bother for making them stay late but they made me laugh and made me very comfortable. I’ll be getting all of my teeth work done here thanks guys.
I had a root canal done and everything went well. Dr. Truc was very good at what he does but the nurse that I got today wasn't. I don't remember her name but she had short curly black hair. She seems very frustrated about something. And when taking x-rays she kept throwing the vest on me.she was very rough and made me feel uneasy. And she would jerk my head very suddenly in order to get it at the right angle. Could've just said how she wanted me to adjust. Other than that nurse everybody else was very friendly and professional. Would've given a 5 star if it wasn't for that nurse.

What a joke, they ask you to call and talk to their customer service. So when you do, they never call you back. Its very clear they truly don't care about the patients. Plus 7 one star reviews in a month should have been my red flag.
DO NOT GO TO DR. SUAREZ,
Wow, just wow. I came here for pain on a Saturday. From the time I walked in everyone so nice. First Denist was so nice and explained everything to me. Said you have infected tooth. Which I knew. Then another dentist Dr. Suarez comes in to tells I don’t have infection and it’s just my bike he needs to fix. When I tried to ask questions because I was confused he makes me made me feel like a total idiot because I didn’t understand what he's saying. I had already let them know that I had a hearing disability on my right ear and I don’t hear out of it. He was standing on my right side. Telling me I don’t have infections and he only wants to fix my bite. When I asked for more clarity, he said I’ve already explained that to you and a very harsh and condescending tone. What kind of Dentist makes somebody feel so uncomfortable who’s already afraid of the dentist let them know when I got here. And has hearing disabilities.

I am truly disappointed with my experience getting a wisdom tooth extraction at this dental clinic.
I had scheduled an appointment in advance, but still had to wait for more than 2 hours just to see the dentist. This shows a complete lack of respect for the patient’s time.
When I was finally seen, instead of focusing on the actual issue, they tried to push a number of unnecessary add-on services just to increase the cost. I’ve had a previous wisdom tooth extraction (which was even impacted), and I did not need a bone graft—yet I healed perfectly fine. This time, my tooth was growing straight and should have been an easy extraction, but they still insisted on adding a bone graft with extra charges.
When I refused those unnecessary services, they made me wait even longer. At that point, I had already been waiting far too long and simply did not have the time. It felt like they didn’t care about the patient’s actual needs or financial situation—only about how much money they could get.
What shocked me the most was the estimate they gave me—if I agreed to all their suggested services, it could cost up to $2000 for just one tooth, which is absolutely unreasonable.
In the end, I decided to walk out without saying a word. The entire visit felt like a complete waste of my day.
In my opinion, their positive reviews on Facebook do not reflect the reality. This experience was enough for me—never coming back.
