  While the staff were nice, unfortunately everything else about the experience went wrong. They lost my sample and I never received my results. They still billed my insurance over $400. It’s literally impossible to speak with anyone there. They don’t answer the phone. The lady who took my sample had given me her email to send over the doctors orders when I was there, so I reached out to her for help since there was no other way to contact anyone. She did respond once to say she’d ask her manager but then stopped responding, and I was left in the dark. I ended up going to LapCorp and got my results no problem.

  The woman that helped me was rude and I found the whole experience unorganized. First they gave me one vile to bring back a sample. When I returned, turned out I needed three more that weren't included. When I brought those back, it looked like they lost the first sample I dropped off. It is conveniently located, check in was easy, good free parking, and I waited about 15 minutes for my appointments

  Patient service was excellent at the Aliso Viejo location. However, I am no longer receiving auto text message reminders of the appointment date nor sign in text messages. I very much appreciated these features. What happened?

  Cannot believe that Hoag Medical Group uses these people. I’ve been going to Labcorp previously and they’ve never done this. Quest in Aliso Viejo must get trained phlebotomists. Based on what they did 6 days ago, it seems like these people get no training. This is unacceptable and I will be in touch with corporate.

  It states that it is open until 4pm. I was in the building 3:30pm and checked in on their stand by 3:40. A rude lady came out the door barking at me that I will not be seen as I do not have an appointment and are wasting my time sitting and waiting. There were only 2 other patients in the room with me. Poor client service and very unprofessional rude person that barked at me!! I will not return to this establishment!
