  Cool layout, dope classes, variety of machines including a few special ones like a pendulum squat... when they frist opened up there were a few things they didn't finish, but now almost everything is finished for example the pool is almost going to be open. There is one issue tho and thats parking during peak hours the ufc parking gets full. However there is a parking structure on the same road as the ufc parking that you can park for 3 hours although its like a 5 min walk tho.

  They don't have any mats to do stretching or abs. You will have to see if the the bjj room is open to do any of that. Also there is a lack of ab machines and the easy curl bars are on a different floor from the benches (no skull crushers with the bars unless you want to carry weight up and down stairs). There is only one water refill station in the entire place. There should really be one per floor at least. There's only one large bathroom in the basement. There's a single family bathroom on the first floor by the entrance, but it's usually occupied. It's like a 2 minute walk to the bathroom from cardio equipment, and that's pretty unacceptable if you ask me. Oftentimes the hand sanitizers and spray bottles/paper towels are empty. They've been better about this recently but it's still an issue in the mornings when I go. Also, the dumbbells were not organized for months after opening. I don't know why it took them so long to fix that. The front desk staff often ignores you when you enter. I like my other gym where they're polite and welcoming at the front. Finally, the pool is still not open and it's something that we are paying for. It's frustrating to pay for an amenity that you are not even able to use. I think it's strange that the Google page for UFC gym still has the wrong hours. Also the parking lot is pretty hidden and is difficult to find your first few times there. It seems like the management doesn't like to update their postings online with accurate and up to date information. The parking lot gets full of people who do not even go to the gym. It's difficult to find parking and I think the gym staff should better enforce who is parking there because I've seen people Park and then walk to other businesses multiple times now. Sometimes the lot will be entirely full with the gym will feel empty itself. I have a lot of complaints for this place but it's pretty decent on the inside for the price. There's just a lot of changes that needs to be made for me to be able to give it a better review.

  Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any gym. The level of unprofessionalism here is shocking. We were left waiting with no clear communication, no accountability, and no respect for our time. I came with my child, and instead of a welcoming or safe environment, we both ended up feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. The staff seemed completely disorganized and uninterested in helping. It honestly felt like customer service doesn’t exist at this place. For a business like this, basic professionalism should be the minimum — and they completely failed. This was a stressful and unpleasant experience, and I regret coming here. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your time, your money, and a respectful environment.

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this gym and its management, particularly with the manager, Cafsondra Winters. When I signed up, I was told the gym would open in September 2025. It did not open in September, October, November, or December, and only opened in late January 2026. Because the facility was not operating as promised, I cancelled my membership in December and requested a full refund. The staff member I spoke with assured me the membership would be cancelled and that there would be no further charges. Despite that assurance, I was charged again in February and March. When I called to ask why, I was told that I needed to email the manager, Cafsondra Winters, to request the cancellation and refund. I did exactly that. Even after sending the email, another payment was processed. I called again and asked to speak with the manager directly, but was told she was unavailable and “out to lunch.” I asked the staff to leave a message requesting a call back. It has now been over a week and I have received no call, no response, and no refund. This situation reflects extremely poor management and accountability. If a manager is responsible for resolving billing issues and customer complaints, then customers should at least receive a response. Continuing to charge a cancelled membership while ignoring refund requests is unacceptable. Based on this experience, the customer service, billing system, and management oversight at this gym are very disappointing. I would strongly caution others before signing up.

The agent I spoke with confirmed that the membership would be cancelled and that no further charges would occur. Despite this, I was charged again in February and March. I called again and was told the manager was unavailable and out to lunch. I asked the staff to leave a message requesting a call back. It has now been over a week and I have received no response and no refund. This gym has extremely poor customer service, an unreliable billing system, and very poor management. The facility opened months later than promised, and they continued charging even after confirming my cancellation. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you want to deal with unresolved billing issues and unresponsive management.
