  Came here maybe three times in the last two years and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The ladies have always been nice to me and my child.

  As all the other reviews, say, the staff here are so rude and disrespectful. My mother who went here for blood exam got refused because she had to go to the bathroom after driving a very long distance and fasting the whole day. The nurses were yelling and screaming at my poor mother. It smells disgusting in here never go to this quest diagnostic.

  These reviews are spot on. The staff here is unbearably and unbelievably rude. There's no professionalism. They treat you and look at you as if you're beneath them. The person who took my blood was so rough with my arm. It was hurting for DAYS. They make it known that they hate their job and the customers who go there. I've been to many Quest Labs before, even ones that had poor ratings, but this one is the worst that I've ever been to. I'm never coming back. They need to change staff here immediately before they go out of business. Which, at this point, I hope they do. They shouldn't be treating people like this.

  On multiple occasions, the phlebotomists here have ignored an essential test that was ordered, leading to my having to get poked multiple times at another location. I don't understand how multiple people could just ignore the extra test, why don't they question it?? The test number is there
