  Although I had a very long wait (2 hrs) for my scheduled appointment, I really appreciated the fact that the nurse practitioner who saw me for urgent care never rushed me, listened carefully, asked excellent questions and asked for clarification when needed, and went out of her way to explain all the possibilities that might be causing my symptoms, with clear instructions for follow up. I want to add that though the wait was long, the waiting room was very nice, all the patients were polite and considerate to each other, and the lady at the desk was very competent and kind to everyone, and she spoke both English and Spanish fluently. The neighborhood is nice too, and there’s a big parking lot.

  I’m dine trying other urgent care options. Carbon has always proven themselves miles ahead of any other place I’ve had to visit for urgent care the last decade. Top notch care from their doctors and staff.

  These people are rude non responsive they dont care about patients they're just there to collect a check I dont know if its them individually or the company as a whole. And then they have the audacity to ask for a survey you know feedback but the questions are not asking you how were treated how was your overall experience nothing of that sort. I will not be coming back and the rude staff will get the karma due to them.

  Consistently fabulous customer service. All the medical professional are amazing, i’ve never seen a position that was not great. The sweet lady at the front desk, Rosa is amazing and goes over and beyond her call of duty. Highly recommend this facility when you need urgent care.

  Brought my daughter in for a foot injury on a Sunday. It took us more than 25 minutes to check in. Front person was in and out but mostly NOT in the front where she should’ve been! Unbelievable. Is her Job to stay in the front?! What the heck was she doing in the back for extended period of time. Don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. I will get her name because she need to be spoken about this issue.
