  Very easy to schedule an appointment here on short notice. Office was clean and staff was very friendly. The wait times were reasonable. The provider I saw was very nice and efficient and I felt well taken care of. Would recommend.

  Insisted on a chest xray, then failed to send the order to the imaging center. Don’t know which end screwed it up, but net an unsatisfactory experience. The PA didn’t mention that I would need an order, on the contrary he suggested that the imaging center was part of the Carbon network, encouraging the belief that they all shared the same data. I left the review above after the visit. It’s now two days later and I haven’t heard about the results of either my chest X-ray or the throat culture.Michael, the PA who attended me, told me hoped to call me the same evening with a report. It’s 48 hours later and I’m still waiting. This is not the way a professional service operates.

  The treatment that I received from Carbon Health professionals and staff was first rate and was delivered on an expedited basis. I needed quick action and remembered a friend had been delighted with carbon health, as it was nearby at the Albany California location. I think they were a terrific group! Thank you.

  This was my first time there and everyone was so friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. I needed a PCP and just wanted to make sure this was the right one. I was very pleased 👍🏾
