I love the club Pilates in Alameda. Their classes are awesome, their teachers are passionate and experts at what they do, and my body is responding well to reformer Pilates. I recommend these classes to improve your posture, stretch your body, and build strength in legs, back, core, glutes , and arms. The classes are welcoming to anyone of any age and if you have an injury they work with you on modified positions. These classes will push you and you will see progress and feel better immediately and across time, be consistent. I do recommend going at least 3x a week. I believe also these classes will change your life :)
Health is wealth. Let’s tend to our bodies together and with the help of Club Pilates.

I've been going for three months of so. I enjoy it. Have finally found my favorite class.
It can be difficult to get the classes you want so if there is a Waitlist I suggest adding yourself!
The only thing I've noticed is it can be tricky to get a hold of someone when I had some questions to ask.

I have been a member on and off for a number of years. Most recently I took time off because work was getting too busy, but I found I missed the way I felt after Pilates. They have great instructors, you can never go wrong with one of Jesse's classes and the stretching class with Kyleata is amazing. Classes fill up fast but the waitlist is your friend as most times you get in if you are in the top 3 on the waitlist.

I abhor repetitive exercise - it's so boring!!!
But not so with Club Pilates. It's the only place that gets me in shape fast, in a way that reduces the strain of loadbearing exercise exercises, and is fun. I'm a beginner and can't do squats, but I can do squats on the Pilates machine!!!! Yay! You make me feel like a winner.
