I came this morning because I was suspecting a UTI. I almost wish I had those more often (but of course, I should not because it is not pleasant to have) just to see the doctor there. Everybody is so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. And they explain everything perfectly! Everybody should have a doctor like them!!🤩🤩

We visited this center last weekend for my daughter’s cough. Although we had an appointment scheduled for 3:15 p.m., we didn’t see the doctor until around 5:15 p.m., and then waited more than 45 minutes in the exam room after her vitals were taken.
The doctor prescribed medication for five days and said a flu swab test would be done, with results expected within 1–2 days. We were told to continue the medication if the result was positive and stop it immediately otherwise. It has now been six days, we gave the medicine to my daughter completely without knowing the results, and we still haven’t received any update!! I’ve called multiple times but have either been on long holds or unable to reach anyone.
Overall, the lack of communication and long waiting times were frustrating, especially when it involved a young child. I hope the center improves its follow-up and responsiveness for patients.

It was easy to make an appointment, I was seen promptly, and the physicians assistant, PA, that I saw, explained everything and answered all my questions, he took his time and was patient, he was informative, and I feel confident in the treatment I received. I would definitely go back to this location if I had the need.

If you’re considering getting a pre-employment drug test done here, I would strongly advise against it and use a different Carbon Health Center.
I came in on December 30 for a scheduled drug test appointment that I booked about a day and a half in advance through the app for 9:30 AM. When I arrived, I was told that drug screenings don’t begin until 11:00 AM, despite the fact that appointments were available earlier with the reason attached to it and no one calling to rebook. I was expected to wait, even though I had an appointment. Thankfully, one staff member was kind enough to accommodate me, and I was eventually able to complete the test around 10:45 AM so I could return to my current work on time.
A full week passed with no updates. I was then contacted by my employer and informed that my specimen had been “lost in transit,” requiring me to retake the drug test. As a result, my job start date was delayed! through no fault of my own.
For my second visit, I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM, knowing screenings start at 11 this time. Despite this, I still waited over 45 minutes to be seen, while at least three other patients were taken ahead of me. At that point, it felt like appointments were meaningless.
During this second test, I expressed concern about my specimen being lost again and asked whether I could receive confirmation when it arrived at the lab or any insight into what happened previously. I was told I would receive a message via the app. No message was ever sent.
Four days later (now January 12), I had to call proactively just to get an update. I was told:
They had no information on what happened to my December 30 specimen
The lab had received my new sample
No notification had been sent for either issue
Both assurances I asked for (communication and confirmation) were not followed through on. Losing my pee for a drug test is deeply concerning and feels shady. I was also never provided a tracking number to confirm shipment.
When I asked whether the lab could expedite my results due to the delay impacting my employment, I was told no and that my employer would have to pay for expedited processing despite there being full fault and responsibility of Carbon Health to process my drug test.
Overall, the lack of organization, communication between patient apps and care providers, and accountability caused unnecessary stress and directly affected my ability to start a new job on time. This experience felt concerning, unreliable, and shady.
