  i asked and payed for blood work. shortly after submitting a urine sample I get a shot in the butt then pushed out the door with a prescription before i could even think to ask about the blood work i requested and paid extra for. I have asked on two different threads for a invoice showing the different procedures and charges and What was paid for?

  No wait at all, and every single person, from the gal at the front desk to the nurse and doctor, were exceptionally kind and responsive. I highly recommend this Urgent Care group.

  I was a new patient walking in to the clinic as the doors opened at 8am, second in line. It took me 15 minutes to complete check in but didnt see the PA until almost 9:15. The interaction with the PA was very good, she was thorough and understanding. The prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and the mistake wasnt corrected for hours.

  Everyone is very polite and knowledgeable. I really didn't have to wait too long. The convenience of being so close and being able to walk in and know you’ll be taken care of , is worth its weight in gold. Thank you to all for making my visit so pleasant and efficient.

  I need to express how extremely disappointed and even outraged I am. On your website, it stated that you were open until 5 p.m. I booked an appointment accordingly, with the booking option available until 4:55 p.m. I began filling out the forms, and then I was called and told you would not treat my son, who had a fall and a facial injury. This is completely unacceptable. This is not the first time I have encountered an issue with this clinic. I strongly advise against going here for care—please go somewhere else. Their approach is inhumane. The only reason I go to this clinic is because they are the only ones in my area who accept my insurance. At one point, they also refused to treat my toddler, who is just one year old. And on another occasion, they also refused to do an X-ray when I was with my older kids. I truly recommend that you do not go to this clinic and seek care elsewhere.
