  Had hearing aids for years. Never used them. Too much background noise, ineffective, dead batteries etc. Got a new set, rechargable (big plus) but still not effective & still noisy. This is where things changed. I went back for my follow up apointment. The tech (kicking myself for notbremembering her name) listened to my concerns, improvised some tests & tuned my devices so i could hear the clock ticking on the wall, but wasn't jumping out of my chair when a paper was crumpled on the desk. WOW!, game changer.! I wear them all the time now (& all the people in my life appreciate it.)

  A very pleasant experience at the Westlock amplifier. Linda was very professional. I will be referring anybody who needs hearing aids to go and see her.

  I was going to a place in Edmonton to get my supplies. The lady who took care of me this time at Living Sounds did everything the other place did not!! Would DEFINITELY recommend Living Sounds
