Initially my appointment was a positive experience, everyone was friendly and the testing was very thorough. I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated once I tried to inquire about shopping around for a more affordable hearing aid. They only sell one brand of hearing aid and they are very costly. When I asked for a copy of my results, I was told it would stay in my file. When I pressed for one I was told it would cost $50. Not impressed with pressure sales.

My hearing fits me perfectly. It has opened up a whole new world for me. Now I can enjoy conversations across the room as I'm not uncomfortable to go visiting anymore. Thankyou Clinton and Karen for the wonderful personal service!

Great service with the ear wax cleaning. They explained the process prior to beginning and I am having great relief following the cleaning. They are a hard building to find in their new location as google maps is not updated. They are even more difficult to get someone on the phone! But, a great service nonetheless.
