  I can’t say enough about this wonderful business! I have old hearing aids that I couldn’t clean, brought them to Amplifon and the receptionist went to such lengths to fix things for me ( even having to consult with others as my aids were so old) She wouldn’t accept payment. This is definitely a business I highly recommend.

  I got a recommendation from my daughter to get a hearing test. I thought she was being dramatic. Getting the hearing test proved to me that I could, in fact, benefit from wearing hearing aids. Kim at the front desk is knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful. Nicole answered all my questions tirelessly. She took great care in adjusting my hearing aids to my needs. I now do not know how I lived without them. I didn’t know that birds tweeted in the trees on my hike, the signal light on my car made a sound, the dog’s nails were loud when not trimmed and that I could enjoy listening to television with sound and without having to read along. I am so happy my daughter was persistent in getting me to go to Amplifon and that the experience is adding quality of life.

  Hearing aid practitioner Nicole took me through detailed hearing test process sensitivity to various frequencies transmitted through air through bone with and without background noise. The results are complex. Nicole took the time to interpret them to me in detail. So, now I have a pretty clear idea of where my hearing is at, and what options are available to me going forward.
