I love the atmosphere and the fact that there is every age, shape and size and it is so accepting and comfortable. Not to mention fun! I would recommend (and have) Club Pilates St. Albert to anyone!!

We work on so many different areas of the body each class, building not only strength, but also balance and flexibility. I have thoroughly enjoyed every class and every Instructor I have worked with and am seeing the results of my efforts in many different ways.
