We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

The service here was incredibly professional, friendly, and personable. From my eye exam to picking out glasses and making sure they’d be the perfect fit every step of the way, the staff here was so great!! I don’t even live in Sherwood park but I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for all my optical needs. Thanks guys!

Happy with the customer service. Everyone was really nice. Not really happy with my glasses. They don't fit properly, one is super close to my one eye and the other one is giving me headaches. I will try to come back for an adjustment. I have purchased almost 6 pairs of glasses from specsavers in the last 4 years and I've had issues with every single one of them. 4 have broken and my 2 new ones are insanely uncomfortable and crooked. I'm regretting coming to specsavers again ☹️

I had an excellent experience at Specsavers Sherwood Park Mall. Fon, who assisted us, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and highly organized. She was very patient, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out.
I would also like to recognize the supervisor who assisted us as well. She was kind, approachable, and very helpful throughout our visit. Both ladies went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and made us feel welcomed and valued.

We went to this location today, brought in our two grandaughter's glasses, one pair was broken, and the other pair was bent, Ricky served us, and he was the example of what perfect customer service should be! Friendly, helpful, polite, looked after us in a timely manner, fixed them for us, called us when they were ready! When I need glasses again, i will certainly be returning to this location. Excellent service. would give 10 stars if possible
