Left the Sherwood Park location today furious. I went in to get more batteries and wax plugs (this usually takes 2 minutes at the front counter) and was told I had to make an appointment because 'there's too much going on'. There was no one else there! I've been going to this location for over 18 years and have never had such poor treatment. If that's how they want to be, I'm done.

As a teen who has hearing problems, ive been very accommodated by Tannia ever since I was 5 or 6, and its been really easy to get appointments. Receptionists are very helpful.

From the front desk to the mysterious offices n booths n such "back there" these folks are the best. Friendly, professional client focused every appointment, they have been managing my hearing challenges for years now, I'm confident they'll happily do the same for you.

I had a great experience with Amplifon. Easy checkin process. My hearing test with Tania was incredible. She answered all my questions , she wasnt pushy . Tania just wants what is best for her patients. I would highly recommend 👌
