  It was a great experience to shop in lenscrafters . I visit there first time and meet prabhgeet Kaur . I want to buy one sunglasses but I buy two pairs one for me and one for my wife . Prabhgeet Kaur has a great experience and knowledge about glasses . Her service is 10 on 10 .

  I had a great experience here. The lady who helped me was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my prescription, what I needed, my price range, and the features and style that would work best for me. Even though the store was completely packed, I never felt rushed or ignored. I really appreciated the care and attention she gave me. Highly recommend!

  What a wonderful experience! I came in to LensCrafters wanting to book a eye exam, and got helped right from the jump. I was able to do a full eye exam, see a Doctor about my results, was given a prescription for my eyes, and was helped so wonderfully by Jacquie. She was kind, warm, gentle, approachable, and patient. From start to finish she was very professional and explained things in a simple and easy way for me to understand. I enjoyed my experience at LensCrafters and would definitely recommend Jacquie. 100/10 Thank you Jacquie!

  Highly negative experience. This store does not accept in-store returns for non-prescription glasses purchased online, despite the return policy on its website clearly stating: “You can return your eyewear for a full refund or replace them within 30 days of the dispense date, which is the day they arrive at your home or the day you pick them up from the store. We accept returns at all of our locations, including online purchases made on LensCrafters.com, Ray-Ban.com and Oakley.com. All products except custom prescription eyewear can be returned in store.” I spoke with the assistant manager, Jacquie, who was apologetic about the situation but refused to accept the return. She stated, “We are not LensCrafters Online. I can take the return, but you need to attach the return label. However, I cannot issue you a refund.” She also mentioned that this was not the first time they had turned away a customer attempting to return an online order at the store. This is particularly concerning because it suggests that the store is aware of the discrepancy between the return policy published on the LensCrafters Canada website and what the store is actually willing to do. If the website explicitly states that online purchases can be returned at LensCrafters locations, customers should reasonably be able to rely on that information. At the very least, management should either ensure that stores follow the published return policy or correct the misleading information on the website. Refusing to accept a return while knowingly leaving a contradictory policy published online is extremely frustrating and results in a highly negative customer experience.
