Though the store wasn't busy when I walked in, the staff was able to greet and help me the moment I walked in and I really appreciate that gesture. I've been with different Lens Crafter location (I wouldn't mention the exact location, but it's in one of the malls here in Calgary), that eventhough they are not with a customer, they will just ignore you. And I literally just walked away after a long wait that somebody will assist me or answer any questions I had in mind that time. So far, I'd rather be in this location and it's not my first time here in this location. Been with Lens Crafter for so many years and had one of my prescription glasses made in this location. Keep it up !
