- ILImee Luengas2 days ago1.0I am extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion, professionalism, and customer service demonstrated by this club, particularly by the manager. I contacted the club and completed the necessary paperwork to cancel my membership, yet I was still charged for an additional month. Furthermore, I was assured that my membership would be downgraded, but that agreement was not honored, and I was charged for the full eight-session package instead. I have email correspondence and receipts documenting my communication with the manager, but despite my efforts to resolve this matter, my concerns have not been adequately addressed. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and respect, especially when they have followed the proper procedures and received assurances from management. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before joining this club. I cannot recommend a business that fails to honor its commitments and leaves its customers feeling unheard and disregarded.
