Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

How can I amend or cancel my order?

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.

Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?

If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.

Adult eye exams

We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.

Children’s eye care

Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.

Contact Lens assessments

During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

3D scanning technology (OCT)

At Specsavers we include an advanced 3D eye scan as part of every standard comprehensive eye exam, at no extra charge. This helps our optometrists detect eye conditions earlier and makes our eye exam the most revealing eye exam yet.

I wasn’t planning on buying glasses yesterday… I went in to look only! I usually don’t have luck with finding glasses to fit my face but the moment I walked into the Lloyd superstore spec savers I was in customer paradise! This woman, Tanya was on the ball! I told her I was looking for bigger frames for my face which is very rare! I told her I hate nose pieces! Everything she showed me was exactly what I was looking for! It definitely took a bit to find the right fit and colour and frame but Tanya stayed true and showed me all of them! Then once we were done having a laugh and picking glasses she passed me to her student optician, Amos! He was awesome! Poor guy was trying to do his job but Tanya and I were just chatting up a storm! After some story sharing and laughter. My purchase was made! I had ordered 2 frames and lenses that were for a wide face and fit me, no nose pieces and VERY HAPPY! I definitely needed glasses but I couldn’t help myself when Tanya showed me a dark green pair and a sparkly pair! Thank you to Tanya and Amos for all your efforts to help me find glasses, make me feel the best and make me feel like long time friends when I was ready to leave. Thank you so much! I have been wearing glasses since I was 12 and this was the best experience by far when it came to buying glasses! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you can’t really see the sparkles in the picture but they are there! 😝

Service was ok, but could of been better. Didn't ask if contacts would be an option, didn't look at the glasses on me and give some advice on how they looked. May have been because they were busy, but I did expect a little more than what I got. One thing that is 5 stars is the price of the glasses. Great prices.

I’ve been visiting Tanya at this location for YEARS (at least 8 to 10) before the store became Specsavers….we have 4 people in our household who are in CONSTANT need of glasses so I believe my review holds some legitimate weight….this is not a one-time experience for us as a family. I have always received THE ABSOLUTE BEST customer service from her and she is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure her customers are well cared for…..any reviews here to the contrary are fabrications derived from entitled tantrum throwers. Businesses such as this owned and operated by one person do not owe the public their products for nothing. I would 100% recommend this location over and above ANY OTHER location here in Lloydminster. I do not have any issues or grievances with other retailers here in the city except that I find them mostly outside of my price range. This is not the case with Specsavers. As far as value and service is concerned, there is no need to look any further than Tanya……she is kind, conscientious, extremely personable and will always do what she can for her customers within the parameters of her company policies.
