  Atmosphere is welcoming. Store is clean. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Great selection of glasses and reasonable prices. I was referred to specsavers Leduc by my daughter who also had a great experience. We will definitely continue getting eye exams and purchasing glasses here.

  I can't say enough good things about the team at Specsavers! Myself and my four kids all needed new glasses, which meant picking out 10 pairs of glasses between the five of us! As you can imagine, that was no small task! 😂 The entire team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were so helpful, patient, and understanding while we all took our time choosing our two pairs each. The staff were also amazing with all four of my kids during their eye exams, making the whole experience easy and comfortable. We even showed up an hour early for our appointments, and despite how busy they were, they managed to get us in so quickly! I'm pretty sure every staff member helped us at some point throughout our visit, and not once did we feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. A huge shoutout to the entire Specsavers team! Your patience, kindness, teamwork, and incredible customer service did not go unnoticed. Taking four kids for eye exams and picking out 10 pairs of glasses could have been a stressful experience, but you made it such a positive one! Well done, team! You all deserve five stars and then some! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Daphne was exceptional, I had blood vessel popped and my eyes had a blood cot, i was panicking trying to call any eye Doctor around town to see me right away, after hearing my case she told me she would call back to see if she can insert me as it was fully booked on a Saturday. I felt really helped on this day and I thank her for that.

  One of the best eyeglass stores I have been to. The glasses are very cheap and affordable. The eye-care consultant, Aileen was the nicest consultant I had met. She made sure all our needs were met and she was very helpful and I am very happy with their customer service. This will definitely be my go-to spot from now on. I would definitely recommend and thank you for your help. Thank you to Aileen.

  I had a very positive experience with Specsavers Leduc. My son had his eye exam, and I had mine the following day. The optometrist was professional, informative and thorough, and the entire team took excellent care of both of us during our individual visits. This was my first-ever prescription for glasses, so I wasn’t sure what would work best for me. Everything was explained clearly, and the staff took the time to answer all my questions. One team member helped me create a tray of my favourite frames, then brought me to a seating area where I could take a closer look and narrow my choices down to two pairs. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, respectful and patient. I never felt rushed. They listened carefully to what I wanted and explained the different lens options. There was a great variety of frames to choose from, and I received two pairs for about half the regular cost. I would highly recommend Specsavers Leduc for their friendly, professional, respectful and attentive service. They made choosing my first pairs of glasses an easy and enjoyable experience!
