Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

Experience nothing short of exceptional service. Had my eyes checked and got my new glasses in a surprisingly short timeframe.
Marc was super helpful and his experience with picking the right frames was on point. Even ensuring they fit properly on my face once they came in. Love the new glasses!
If you’re shopping for new glasses, ask for Marc or anyone on the team and they’ll take care of you

I am very disappointed with my mom first experience at this optical store. She paid over $400 for two pairs of reading glasses, plus another $100 for the eye exam, but no one explained the options of glass lenses versus plastic lenses or gave me the opportunity to choose before placing the order.
The plastic lenses I received are not as clear as she expected, also very Thick and they fog up when she wear a mask. The fog does not clear easily, making the glasses uncomfortable and inconvenient to use.
When i asked to change the lenses to a thinner option, the staff was told that I had to pay extra. I feel this could have been avoided if the staff had properly explained the lens options, differences, and additional costs upfront.
Customers should be given clear information and the opportunity to make an informed decision before spending this much money. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and customer service left me extremely disappointed. I would have expected much better service, especially as a first-time customer.
Update 1: The store has not properly followed up with me or provided any resolution to my complaint. I only received a missed call, and when I called back, they simply asked if I had any questions. I was very disappointed by this response.I am the customer who raised a concern, so I expected the store to explain how they intended to address and resolve the issue, rather than putting the responsibility back on me to ask questions.This is not a proper following up or customer service. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and help ensure that this matter is handled appropriately.

I had an excellent experience today with Marc and his team. I arrived for my appointment and was seen promptly. Marc really took his time helping me to select new frames and clearly explained the best price I could get. Overall a friendly and efficient service!

Highly recommend this Specsavers location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Marc seemed incredibly knowledgeable and picked a handful of frames, all of which I really liked! Some of the recommendations for frames, I would never have tried on my own and I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone! This will be my family's new, go-to place.
