  I am so thankful for Bhawjeet's help in replacing my glasses' nosepad even though I didnt buy it from Specsavers WEM! She is such an angel for accommodating me. Heaven sent from above! Thank you so much Bhawjeet, I appreciate it a lot. I will come back to Specsavers to get a new pair of glasses for sure once Im ready!

  Great service, but significant hygiene concern I had a great experience overall with the staff at Specsavers WEM, but I am concerned about a health and safety issue regarding the peripheral vision testing machine. The eye patch provided was not replaced or sanitized after the previous use. To avoid the risk of eye infections, I strongly recommend switching to a disposable option, such as, Brand: Panitay 120 Pcs Adhesive Eye Patches, Eye Patches for Adults Pad Disposable Eyepatch Latex Free Adhesive Bandages for Adult(3 x 2 Inch,Nude) Using shared, non-disposable patches is a major hygiene risk that needs to be addressed.

  Today is the follow up schedule to verify if I have glucoma. The first appointment was not good either. The original schedule was Apr 13, 12:30pm and when I arrived there the attendant said that she will check as there was a system outage. I waited and recieved another notification that the schedule is for 1pm. It's alright, since I already made time for this appointment and came. It's also a bit busy that day so its understandable. After several test, like repeating test, I was finally able to talk to the Dr. He said that we need to double check and got me scheduled for follow up after two weeks to ensure that there is no problem. Then today the follow up day, after 3 times of same test with blinking lights, waited for almost an hour while already falling asleep, I thought they forgot about me. There were no other patients waiting and I.was sitting alone in the waiting area. I called the attendant, ask if I should just leave. She said to wait and she'll check with the doctor. Then when she return, she said I'm good to go. I was so pissed! Left immediately without even letting the attendant finish what she is saying. I think you people are the worst. When I got my glasses there you were great. But when its about a follow up for a serious eye condition.. all you got to say is you're good to go? The doctor can't even say whatever the result is in my face. You are something. Worst ever experience. You should do better. You should treat your patient properly. Patient or customer or both.

  Visited Specsavers Wem and was disappointed with the customer service at the front desk. When asking about the 2-for-1 glasses offer, I was told quite abruptly that an eye exam must be booked first. While I understand the policy, the way it was communicated felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. A simple explanation about appointment availability would have been much more helpful. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling discouraged about continuing with my purchase at this location. I hope this is taken as constructive feedback to improve customer service going forward.

  Amazing experience at Specsavers. I had an issue with my eye and ended up seeing them almost every day for about five days straight, and every single visit they were incredibly kind, patient, and caring. They never made me feel like a burden and always took the time to help, answer my questions, and make sure I was okay. Their level of customer care and professionalism truly stood out. I’m so grateful for how supportive they were during a stressful time. Highly recommend!
