Arrived for my appointment and they noticed I had very recently had an eye exam at another location. I explained I needed the form filled out and the optometrist at the other location was not available. They insisted that I go to the other one to get my form filled out, despite the fact that I had a scheduled appointment and was willing to pay the cost of having another exam done. Instead I got ushered out of the store without being helped, and I am unable to go to the other location as the optometrist is on maternity leave. Will not be going back to Specsavers after wasting my time with this experience.
