  Stay away do not go here They , threatened you with Police and the lawsuit if you write a bad review on here so be careful stay the hell away! Management here doesn’t know anything. Staff are not trained They’re rude disrespectful Only half decent person there is a optometrist That treated us with respect, but all the other stuff or horrible

  I would never suggest anyone come to this location go to Kingsway or anywhere else for the greatest service ever but this location is Very unprofessional not knowledgeable On what they are doing, the ladies dealing with the glasses are very rude. I don’t know what they’re doing behind the cupboard there but they need massive training and massive customer service training!

  Best customer service. Yesterday I got my glasses, glasses are really good, the best thing is customer service, this is my third time I got my glasses from this branch, every time really helpful customer service, but thus time Habiba helped me so much, she is amazing, she only didn't help me by finding appropriate glasses but she offered me a best deal according to my budget. It was amazing, I don't have enough words to say thanks to her. I'm really excited by having this deal. She have my ideas how to buy glasses, so I bought 1 pair of sunglasses and on pair of single vision glasses according to my prescription. Thanks to all the members.

  My father bought glasses here and we have had to return 3 times over the last 4 weeks because the plastic frames keep digging painfully into his nose. Under Specsavers' official 100-day Satisfaction Guarantee, dealing with an ongoing fit or comfort issue should be handled with no worries and no fuss. Instead, on our third visit, the store manager tried to force us to pay a fake $35 "restocking fee." When I firmly asked her to physically show me this fee in the fine print, she couldn't find it and finally backed down—but not before rudely telling me that "$35 won't break the bank." It is incredibly unprofessional and elitist for a store manager to mock a customer’s finances just because she got caught misapplying corporate policy to protect her store's margins. Watch your receipts at this location. They will invent fees if you don't call them out on their own fine print.
