  I had a great experience at Specsavers at milwood town centre. The arm of my glasses broke, and the staff member, Jot, replaced my frame with a new one free of charge. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and support. Thank you, Jot, for making the experience so easy. I Highly recommend Specsavers!

  After calling for an appointment, due to concerns with my eyes, I was given the soonest appointment. Less than an hour after my initial phone call, I was going through an exam. The staff I dealt with were all, wonderful! Dr Gurleen Singh OD, went above & beyond to examine my eyes. After the initial exam, she went on to examine my eyes thoroughly, after listening to my concerns. After decades of dealing with while same things on & off, I am so glad I was able to be seen so quickly & have my worries addressed & fears squashed. Needing glasses, I met with Zarina & we found the best fit for myself & my needs. Zarina also went above & beyond, giving me a discount & working with my insurance & out of pocket costs. My new glasses were far more reasonable than I had ever anticipated. I am so thankful for the fabulous care I received at Specsavers Millwoods Town Centre & highly recommend them.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible customer service at Specsavers!I went in to get my glasses repaired, and the team fixed them perfectly free of cost. Because they were so kind and didn't try to rip me off, I happily decided to browse their frames and ended up buying another pair of glasses. It's rare to find a business that looks after customers like this. I will definitely be back!

  Staff is really friendly and welcoming, the doctor who did my eye exam was very nice and knowledgeable. They were patient, kind and helped me lots!! Glasses are so affordable too!! All in all, loved the vibes in this place, will definitely comeback and recommend this place!!

  Dr. Nav Pandher provided exceptional care during my mother's eye examination, patiently answering every question we had. He went above and beyond by thoroughly reviewing her existing conditions and helping determine the right near-vision glasses for her higher prescription. He also connected us with a specialist on-site who walked us through the glasses and frames available at the clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Pandher and his team.
