- AJAriel Jayde5 days ago5.0My son can be difficult to examine because he is 4 years old and shy. Dr. Otu Bassey, is incredibly kind and patient with him. Today, he had to have a physical examination and his eye flushed. It was very upsetting for my son, and the whole team was gentle, patient and compassionate. I think even if this location is out of your way, it’s worth the trip. Excellent care.

They ordered us a pair and when they arrived admitted they do NOT order widths properly only what’s on the shelf! They said they only check the lenses for eyes up and down not widths. My 13 year old had been told to try on men’s glasses for an hour and now they are too wide. Then they said they can fix it with a service charge after using all our benefits up for two years but only with glasses on the shelf same problem. I’m highly disappointed in this company for wasting my time when I could have gone elsewhere and now my son has no proper fitting eyewear. This is unacceptable. I’m waiting for a call from management but this seems like a scam to me. Do not go here

All the staff members were so kind and happy to help. Great experience overall, my favourite experience with an optometrist/clinic to date.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?

Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
