I had an excellent experience with the massage therapist here. From the start, they took the time to understand my concerns and focused on the areas that actually needed attention rather than just going through a routine. The pressure was spot on, and you can tell they know exactly what they’re doing anatomically—not just a relaxation massage, but something that genuinely helps.
I walked in with significant tightness and discomfort, and left feeling noticeably better with improved mobility. They also gave practical advice on what to do between sessions, which I appreciated.
If you’re looking for someone who actually understands the body and delivers results, this is the place to go.

Physiotherapy is a health care service that supports improved movement, reduced pain, and recovery from injury or physical conditions.
Do I need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist?
In many cases, including in Alberta, you can see a physiotherapist without a doctor’s referral. Some insurers may still require one for coverage.
What conditions does physiotherapy treat?
Physiotherapy can help with musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, balance issues, post-surgical recovery, pelvic health concerns, work and auto injuries, and more.
What can I expect at my first physiotherapy appointment?
Your physiotherapist will review your medical history, discuss your concerns, assess movement, and begin planning care tailored to your goals.
What do I need to bring to my first visit?
Bring any relevant medical reports, imaging results, insurance information, and a list of symptoms or questions you have.
How long will my physiotherapy sessions last?
Session length can vary based on your condition and plan but typically ranges from 30 to 60 minutes.
How many physiotherapy treatments will I need?
The number of visits depends on your condition, recovery progress, and goals. Your physiotherapist will discuss a treatment plan with you.
Will physiotherapy be painful?
Some techniques may cause slight discomfort, but therapists work within your tolerance and explain what to expect.
