The young sales associate whose name was Kendrick was very helpful and what was most enjoyable was he wasn't pushy. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the costs associated with my purchase. I would highly recommend visiting this store and hopefully you are lucky enough to have him serve you.

I had some problems choosing frames because I longboard downhill and am unfortunately accident prone, but the staff pointed out the amazing warranty plan and with that I'd be able to get something other than solid frames for once so I was very happy. The whole process from walk in to walk out took less than an hour and they were patient and helpful the entire time!
