Visited and was helped by Shawn/Sean to find multiple pairs of glasses. He knew about all the styles they carried (of which there were probably hundreds), and instantly found me great fits based on my preferences and what would suit me best. If you need to find your style, he's your guy. Excellent service.

I am extremely disappointed by the level of service I received during my visit to this location today at approximately 11:00 a.m. I came in simply to pick up an order and expected a basic level of courtesy and professionalism!
At the time, there appeared to be three employees on the sales floor. Two were assisting other clients, so I approached the third employee, a male wearing a blazer, intending to ask for assistance with my order. Instead of acknowledging me or letting me know he would be with me shortly, he made eye contact, looked at me, and then deliberately avoided and ignored me.
What made this experience even more upsetting was that, moments later, a couple entered the store and that same employee immediately approached and assisted them, despite having just ignored my request for help. This left me feeling completely disrespected and singled out. There was no explanation, no acknowledgment, and no attempt to assist me.
As a result, I was left waiting for nearly 10 minutes until another employee, who had just finished helping a different customer, was finally able to assist me. I appreciate that employee's professionalism, but it does not excuse the unacceptable conduct of the other staff member.
This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and far below the standard of customer service I would expect from any store. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as no customer should be made to feel ignored or treated as though they are less deserving of assistance than others.

We’ve always had an excellent experience at LensCrafters, and this visit was no exception. A special thank you to Aibin for helping our family choose eyeglasses and the right lenses for our kids.
He was knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand our needs, explained the different lens options clearly, and made thoughtful recommendations.
Outstanding customer service like this is why we keep coming back to LensCrafters. Thank you, Aibin, for going above and beyond we truly appreciate your help and highly recommend both him and the LensCrafters team!

Came to this location because it had the frames that I wanted otherwise I would’ve went to the other location that’s not too far from here. Only to find out that they have no idea how to deal with certain insurance programs. Literally had to do their “insurance specialists” jobs by getting another optometrist office to walk them through the process, step by step. They straight up refused to find a solution until I did, started giving me attitude after I called them on their BS and only offered to return my money after I was waiting weeks for my glasses. Work on your customer service and hire COMPETENT employees instead of your friends and family. I’ll NEVER give this place my money again as it seems like I’m not the only one has had these issues here with their inept, incapable, unqualified, inefficient, and unskilled workers !!

It was a wonderful experience! My partner and I came in today planning only to look at the glasses. We were interested in the Meta smart glasses, even though we knew they were on the expensive side, and just wanted to see how much they would cost after applying our insurance benefits.
Karla greeted us and clearly explained every step of the process. She was knowledgeable, honest with her recommendations, and never made us feel pressured. She handled everything so smoothly that, before I knew it, I had decided to get a pair of Meta glasses as well!
Karla is such a warm, friendly, and professional person. She truly made our visit enjoyable, and we hope to see more staff like her in your shop. Thank you for the excellent service!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
