  The woman helping me with my Tiffany sunglasses was so patient and gentle, taking the time to adjust them and make sure they fit my face comfortably. She even cleaned them afterwards! I really appreciate how careful she was with them.

  The team at LensCrafters was simply amazing. I've worn glasses all my life and I have never had such an easy and enjoyable experience! Between the eye exams (for the whole family!) and the choosing of the glasses, simply a big thank you!

  My worse experience ever. Traveling from Calgary to Edmonton to get a prescription glasses for my son, it took more than a month, even as I write this review, I have not gotten the glasses. They shut down calls on you while you are still talking, promised to call back without doing so, keeping you on holding several without a solution to the first reason they kept you on hold. Won’t do anything with this branch ever.

  We went for another eye test last weekend, and while waiting I checked if I can have my barely one month old eyeglasses to have a bit of adjustment. But it was a busy day, so one of the associate told me to wait for the available optician. So I waited then the associate asked Val ( she said that’s her name and I’m not sure if she’s a certified optician) to help me. She made the adjustments and when I told her it’s still a bit loose. She grabbed a tool and did something, which she said to prevent it for falling off. Just recently I noticed what she did, she bended the temples of eyeglasses. She ruin it. Now the bended steel temples are very noticeable. I called to see if there is anything that needs to be done, and unluckily she’s the one who answered the call. I asked information but she did not give me any clear answers. Not friendly at all ( well anyway she wasn’t in the beginning ). I may not come back to this shop anymore nor will make recommendations.

  My experience with this store was not good at all. I had no issues with the cashier, and in fact, Lovleen was very helpful. My issue is that I was told it would take about three weeks for my glasses to be ready and that I would receive a message when they were ready. After three weeks had passed, I called twice to follow up. Both times, I was told that they needed to contact the lab and would get back to me. However, I never received any update. I also went to the store in person, and once again, they just looked at the information on the computer and told me that someone would call me by the end of the day. No one ever called. This has been the worst experience I have had buying glasses from a store. I paid $40 for the insurance, but once it expires, I definitely will not renew it. Having to follow up three times and still not receiving a clear answer or any follow-up is simply unacceptable.
