Since my son’s prescription ended and he misplaced his last pair of contacts. We asked for a trial pair until his prescription came in. We call into the WEM location and Svitlana, office manager said none at location but would phone if they found. We were told possibly 2 week wait my son would go without contacts. The ladies at Eyes for Clearly went above and beyond to assist us. We got a call 3 days after we went to refill that our prescription arrived in store. Now my son can see and we are grateful for the team at Eyes for Clearly WEM for their diligence to assisting us.

I had a valid prescription with me and was just hoping for a bit of help since I have a very high prescription and was in a bit of a bind. I didn’t find the staff accommodating or particularly willing to help, which was really disappointing given the situation. I ended up going to FYidoctors in the mall, and they were able to help me right away and thankfully even had my contact lens in stock. I understand that clinics have policies, but the difference in customer service between the two places was pretty noticeable. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t come here again if I needed help in a pinch.
