  I had a very positive experience here. Everything was explained to me very clearly, all my concerns and questions were addressed and the gentleman who helped me was kind and patient. I am very happy with my hearing aids and have had no problems since I received them.

  January 4 / 2026 Problematic pricing / grossly inflated pricing / not honoring contract pricing / totally unreliable hearing aids. In May 2023 Connect Hearing Edmonton Collingwood location provided me with Phonak Audeo L70-RT hearing aids for $900.00 each under 5 years contract with Alberta WCB / WCB paid for them. Dec 2025 one of the hearing aids was stolen by monkeys while on holidays. To replace the missing hearing aid Connect Hearing quoted me $6,600 for two or $3,360 for one. I offered them the $900.00 as per their 5 years contract with WCB. I was told that is WCB price and my price is $ 3,360.00 for one hearing aid / inflated 4 times. The hearing aids Phonak Audeo L70-RT has nice options except it is totally unreliable. It breaks down at least once a month . It is so unreliable that when I go on holidays I always must have spare set due to technical problems. Connect Hearing head office manager left a message for me to make a claim against my house insurance. Unfortunately I do not have the extra hearing aid insurance coverage but they told me even if I had the extra insurance the maximum payout would be $1,000.00. They do not pay for inflated prices. Stay away from Connect Hearing. Rip off company. Adam Makaruk.

  I am very please with the professional, friendly, and courteous service that I received at Callingwood Connect Hearing. I would definitely recommend this clinic and staff. Thanks to them for excellent service.
