Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

Dr. Benxiao Ma Is very attentive, perceptive, knowledgeable, and experienced with eye health. Gave great breakdown and instructions for eye health and care. My eye emergency significantly improved after one week and they do great follow-up with clients for long term care. Would recommend highly!

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Ma and the wonderful staff at Specsavers in Southcentre Mall for their exceptional kindness and care during my mom’s medical emergency yesterday while she was having an eye exam. When my mom was unable to move, Dr. Ma postponed his next appointment, arranged a wheelchair through mall security, and helped 911 EMS locate the nearest entrance to the store. We truly appreciate Dr. Ma’s calmness, patience, and thoughtfulness, as well as the staff’s support during this frightening moment. Their compassion and willingness to help went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you, Dr. Ma and the entire team, for your warm hearts and outstanding care!

Went in for 2 new pairs of prescription glasses and left with my expectations met and far exceeded. I actually hate glasses shopping but the store set up makes the experience as enjoyable as it can be. While it was quite busy, we were addressed fairly quickly and were checked out with no waiting time. Jinwoo was absolutely amazing for the whole ordering process - fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and so nice. 10/10 experience.

The OCT technician was rude to
My to my 9 year old son with disabilities during protesting, and eye rolled when I said ten eye drops could give him a seizure and would need a different dilation drop that is safer. She was was rude when I asked her to please talk to the optometrists prior to booking the dilation drops appointment. I am not impressed with how he was treated. Thank goodness the optometrist was lovely.

I was extremely pleased with the thorough examination process, and the information provided to me regarding my eye health. Laura was great helping me choose frames and working with me to find the best options that best suited my budget. I felt well looked after and appreciated as a customer.
