Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

First and last time visiting this chain. Received a “promotion” letter, which was suggesting 60% sale for lenses. Turns out not only you need to buy multiple to participate, but also I was quoted 400$ for 1 pair of LENSES. The audacity is astonishing. Walked 100m to the other store - was quoted 90$. No thank you. Always do your research first.

Second time having an appointment to get my eyes checked out and having to wait over 30 minutes. What’s the point of having an appointment time? They should really keep you updated if the optometrist is running late because patients take time out of their work day, especially during lunch to make appointments. I feel like it’s a disrespect for people’s time.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Jason. From the moment my sister and I walked in, he made us feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and appreciated as customers.
Jason took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find frames that not only suited my style but also complemented my face shape perfectly. His honest advice and willingness to “level with me” made the entire process so much easier and more enjoyable. Instead of simply trying to make a sale, he focused on helping me find glasses that I would truly love and feel confident wearing.
What stood out most was how caring and patient he was with both me and my sister. He answered all of our questions, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure we understood our options. His friendly attitude and genuine interest in helping us made the experience feel personal rather than transactional.
