Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.
3D scanning technology (OCT)
At Specsavers we include an advanced 3D eye scan as part of every standard comprehensive eye exam, at no extra charge. This helps our optometrists detect eye conditions earlier and makes our eye exam the most revealing eye exam yet.

My indecisiveness meant a few visits, as did the need for an initial exam and an eye dilation. Everytime I walked in the store the staff were friendly and welcoming. Patricia was a delight and gave me honest feedback that helped me to pick out my frames. She encouraged me to take my time and decide which pair I thought was best for me. When it came time to price it out she was honest about the costs and really the price point can’t be beat.
The optometrist was welcoming and friendly, and very professional. He was honest about the results of my exams with excellent bedside manner. Not what I was expecting when I had been putting off getting an eye exam for a few years.
Overall the staff at this Spec Savers are great and will have you coming back, and the prices make a big part of healthcare feel less intimidating. Great team, great store!
