We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care

Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

The eye doctor was very warm, personal and attentive throughout the consultation. She took the time to explain my test results clearly, which I truly appreciated. I’m also very happy with my new eyeglasses. They are lightweight, comfortable, and feel great to wear. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and am very satisfied with the service.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Samantha this evening! She went above and beyond to help our family and made what could have been a stressful situation feel so much easier. She was incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of.

Samantha, the lady at the reception was very rude and unprofessional. Unhelpful would be a kind description. They swapped my time with someone else and refused to see me eventually. Samantha is incredibly unhelpful and passive aggressive too.

Very disappointing experience: the prices were high, the quality was poor, and the service was unprofessional, the reception is very rude. The service is so bad and so rude and very lazy. When my insurance did not fully cover the cost of the glasses, I asked to switch to a less expensive frame. Instead of helping, the staff member handling payment said changing it would be “too much work for her” because it had already been entered into the computer. She can easily change a frame price before I pay, but she refused. The store prioritized convenience over customer service, which is so bad. Never go there, they only push you spending your money, no service.
